The main reason I wanted to write to you today is to let you know how very, very thankful I am for you! I know you’ve got lots going on in your super busy life, so that you take the time to read what I have to say is pretty dang cool. And I appreciate it more than words can say.

Sometimes with all the craziness in our lives, we either forget to take a moment to be thankful or we may even feel that we don’t have anything to be thankful for in the first place. That’s why I made you a handy-dandy list that you can use whenever you find yourself in that predicament. And Thanksgivukkah is the perfect time to bust it out! Enjoy!

  1. Being alive!
  2. Having plenty of food to eat.
  3. Having access to some way (computer, smart phone, tablet, etc.) of reading this email that made its way to you at approximately the speed of light. (BONUS THANKFULNESS ITEM: Being able to read at all!)
  4. Your miraculous body that is constantly – in every moment of every day – regenerating, renewing, reinvigorating, breathing, beating, flowing, healing, and encapsulating you… Wow, right?!
  5. Your imagination that allows you to be, do and have literally anything you want right now. Yes, it does… think about it. 🙂
