This is what I was called today. My initial reaction was, “What on earth does that mean?”

So I gave it some more thought… and, as I am wont to do, did a bit of research. Here’s what I think being a “Mindset Master” is all about (for me):

  1. Recognizing immediately (or – let’s be honest – almost immediately) when my thoughts start to go in a negative direction or towards things I don’t want.
  2. Intending and creating things in my life that I want in a clear and positive way.

Pretty cool, right?

But this isn’t something I came upon overnight. Nor is it something that only a special few can accomplish. Anyone can be a Mindset Master… you just have to be aware of what you’re thinking about… and more importantly, what you’re feeling about.

It really just takes practice. I have made it a habit to notice how I feel when I say or think something. If I don’t feel good, I find a different thought. This seems overly simplistic, I know, but what happens is that you make all these small “course corrections” that eventually point you toward what you want. And then, all you have to do is keep taking steps and you’ll find yourself there.
